Eligibility for Returns

You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify,  returned items must be in the same original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached,  and in original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria or missing proof of purchase may be rejected.

We don't accept returns for the following items:
-Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
-Gift bags/ wrapping
-Items purchased during Promotional Events & Sales
-Items purchased with a Discount code of 20% or more
-Custom items


PROCEDURE

All requests are subject to approval from Customer Support.

Once approved,  items must be shipped within 7 days. Items must be packed securely and include all original branded packaging,  inside a completely sealed outer box.

The client is responsible for return shipping. Novea Nine is not responsible for damaged,  lost or stolen returning packages.

You must send back your gift with purchase if you return items from the same order that makes the new value of the order  below the gift with purchase threshold.

Once the warehouse have received and approved the return,  approved refunds will be made to the original form of payment and processed within 14 business days.
