We offer 18months limited warranty on purchased online. Items within warranty will be replaced if the item is found to have a production defect.
If the product is damaged (not due to human factors) within 18 months of receiving the goods, you do not need to return the damaged item. We will reissue a replacement (only the individual product, without exquisite packaging).

Please be aware that when applying for a replacement, you must promptly provide photos and videos of the damaged product as proof, along with your order and payment confirmation. Products that are maliciously or intentionally damaged by the customer will not be eligible for this service.
