What is your shipping policy and cost?
We deliver worldwide, for free! All orders are typically processed within 2 business days following your purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice receipt shortly after your order is placed. Please note that orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order has been processed, the delivery is expected to arrive within 5-12
Customs and Duties
Please note some countries might apply custom fees in some cases. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of checkout is non-refundable. If your international package is lost or delayed, please contact your local postal service or courier for assistance. Thank you!
How do i track my parcel?
All our deliveries can be tracked, so you will be sent a tracking link in your shipping confirmation .
In order to track your parcel, you can use the tracking number we provided you with your national post tracking service.
Otherwise, please message us on our Instagram/Facebook or email us and we can provide the necessary information for you.
Cancellations & Changes
We are unable to cancel or change items once an order has been submitted. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address provided during checkout.
Should I receive an email once I place an order?
We send 2 automatic emails : one to confirm your order, and one with tracking information once your parcel has been fulfilled. Depending on your email provider, you may receive those emails in your 'Spam' folder. If it happens, you can mark the email as important, move it to your 'Inbox' and add our contact email to your contacts in order to receive future communications about your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify, returned items must be in the same original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria or missing proof of purchase may be rejected.

Please be aware that when applying for a replacement or return, you must promptly provide photos and videos of the damaged product as proof, along with your order and payment confirmation. Products that are maliciously or intentionally damaged by the customer will not be eligible for this service.

How to take care of Novea Nine jewelry?
Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.

While we aim to reply as soon as possible, and usually you should get our response in less than 24 hours, please note that we don't have 24/7 support. Requests sent out on weekends and outside business hours might take longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through bank cards and Paypal in 140+ currencies using Shopify Payment system, and you will be charged in your local or preferred currency.
